These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Imate – AI Boyfriend Who Cares mobile application (the "App"), operated by us ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Imate allows you to interact with an emotional AI companion through chat, roleplay scenarios, and related features.

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this App.

2. AI Generated Content

The App generates messages, suggestions, roleplays, and visuals using artificial intelligence models.

AI outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, fictional, or not suitable for every situation.

You agree that:

The AI responses are for entertainment and emotional experience only.
The App should not be used as a source of medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

misuse, hack, exploit, or interfere with the App
upload illegal content or copyrighted material you do not own
abuse, harass, or exploit the AI or other users
attempt to reverse engineer or bypass app security

4. Data Storage & Deletion

Your chats, roleplays, and uploaded images may be stored to enable app functionality.

Some data may be automatically deleted based on retention rules (such as TTL).

You can request deletion of stored data through the app or by contacting support.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and features within the App remain the property of the app owner.

You may not copy, resell, or distribute any portion of the App.

6. Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time (including AI behavior, roleplays, visuals, or storage rules).

We may also update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the App.

8. No Guarantee / Limitation of Liability

The App is provided as-is without any warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

emotional decisions made based on AI responses
data loss due to device issues or uninstallation
third-party service failures

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Imate is an AI entertainment and roleplay application. All output, messages, expressions, personality traits, emotional responses or statements generated by the AI are fictional and are not real facts, promises, instructions, advice, agreement, consent, or commitments.
The developer / publisher of Imate does not take responsibility for any decisions, actions, conclusions, emotional responses, expectations, agreements or assumptions made by a user based on AI-generated messages inside the app. Use of the app is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the user.
The AI should NOT be considered a real person, professional advisor, therapist, medical expert, financial advisor, legal advisor, or any form of authority. The developer and company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages or harms resulting from conversations, interpretation of responses, or actions taken by the user inside or outside the app.
By using the app, the user agrees that any fictional, romantic or suggestive content is role-play only and has no real-world meaning or effect, and that the developer has no responsibility or liability over any outcomes of such usage.
